RETURNS

Please email us if you are wanting to make a return or an exchange. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including tags if applicable. This policy is for full priced items only (includes promotional sale items) and excludes swimwear (for hygienic reasons), marked down sale items, and seconds items. *Return postage fees and new postage fees are at the cost of the customer.* 

CHANGE OF MIND

Please email us within 14 days. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however we will gladly accept your return in exchange for a store credit, providing the item is returned to us in the same condition. This policy is for full priced items only (includes promotional sale items) and excludes swimwear (for hygienic reasons), marked down sale items, and seconds items.

EXCHANGE OR WRONG SIZE

Wrong size? It happens. Similar conditions apply to purchases of the wrong size. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a store credit, providing it is returned to us in the same condition as when you received it. Once received we will email you to issue you your store credit. You may then use your credit to purchase the correct size if you wish.

AFTERPAY RETURNS

We accept returns no matter which payment method is used. However, purchasing using Afterpay will result in a refund, not a store credit. Your return is processed by us, and then issued to you by Afterpay, according to your payment schedule.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are carefully quality checked before leaving for their new homes. If for some reason your item arrives damaged or faulty, or you are not satisfied, please email us immediately, with a picture of the damage, and your order number. We will do our best to rectify any issues.

TIMBER BOARDS

Unfortunately, given the nature of our board products, we do not accept returns.
