Where are you located?

Oaka Store is an online store located in Australia, shipping your orders from the Tweed Coast, NSW.

Did you change your name?

Yes. We changed our name from Oaka Bambino to Oaka Store in September 2024.

Do you still make your Timber Board Products?

Unfortunately not. We did our last release of Sensory Boards in early 2022. And our last release of Timber Surfboards in October 2023. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes.

Do you have a pickup option at checkout?

We currently do not have a pickup option at checkout.

How often do you release new items?

We aim to deliver you a new collection every season. In Summer we may release 2-3 collections.

What is your returns policy ?

What size do you go up to in your clothing?

Our children's clothing ranges from 0-3 months - 8 years. And our women's clothing ranges from XS-XL.
